Her: Why do you do what you do for a living?
Oyin: The best part of being an entrepreneur is contributing something larger than yourself. Being an entrepreneur is awesome for a lot of reasons, but I think the most important and overlooked reason is that it forces a person to develop parts of their personality that make them a better person, I love that I’m able to restore people’s confidence about their skin and the advantage of it making money while at it.
Her: What would you say is your secret to happiness?
Oyin: I’ll say GRATITUDE and the ability to remain content regardless of my current situation. I mean how could you possibly find happiness when you relentlessly want more and never properly appreciate what you have?
Her: If you had the opportunity to do something different from what you’re currently doing, what would you do?
Oyin: I wanted to be a software engineer because it’s a chance to help other people through the power of technology. But I quite like that I’m making products that help people feel and look better with Ewami.
Her: What would you say is the best advice you have been given and by whom?
Oyin: Done Is Better Than Perfect. By Koku Bernard (my husband).
Her: What motivates you to get up in the morning?
Oyin: I give whatever I do my all, so I like knowing I’m appreciated, knowing what I do is producing results that matter to people everywhere, makes my heart flutter.
