I began as a passionate event planner in Eastern Nigeria. We made event planning popular in the East, my excellence earned me the nickname “Queen of the East.” As Shamol Experience grew internationally, the title naturally evolved into “Queen of Global Events,” reflecting our reputation for crafting exceptional events across borders.

A powerful personal brand is built on clarity, consistency, confidence, and presence. POSÈ Global helps clients Define, Refine, and Elevate their image and voice through bespoke image consulting, executive styling, and personal brand curation that aligns with their vision and values.
What advice would you give to someone looking to refine their image and presence? Especially professionals and public figures.
Start with self-awareness, and know your strengths, message, and audience. Invest in your appearance, communication, and mindset. Presence is not just how you look, but how you make people feel. Be intentional, strategic, and authentic.
Leading two companies comes with challenges. What have been the biggest lessons you’ve learned in entrepreneurship and leadership?
Clarity of vision, delegation, and emotional resilience are key. I’ve learned that purpose must lead profit, and that building systems and empowering people is how sustainability is achieved.

I believe we’re called to light the path for others. Helping women walk in elegance, power, and clarity fuels me. Whether through mentorship, event training, or image consulting, my work is always purpose-driven.
