Describe yourself in 3 words.

Passionate. CHIC. Hardworking

What do you do?
I am a Fashion and Natural Hair blogger.

What are three must-have tools, apps, or products that are essential to your job?
iPhone, my camera, and the will to want to succeed!!

Who/What inspires you?
My family inspires me to want to give my all in whatever I do. I have a young daughter so I want her to see her mommy achieving her goals so that she knows that she can do anything she puts her mind to!

What was the best piece of advice you’ve been given in your career?
Do not be afraid to fail. Take the risk and work hard at what you desire!

What brings you the greatest satisfaction personally and professionally?

My greatest personal satisfaction is being able to do something that I genuinely love and to have people tell me that I inspire them or encouraged them to do something that they originally thought they couldn’t. I am so fulfilled with helping encourage and inspire!

What quote do you live by?
“If God is within her she will not fail”

What advice would you give your 18 year old self?
I would tell my 18 year old self  to do what makes you happy. Often times you do things to please other people, or you take a certain path just because you think that is what others want you to do. But I would say live for you, you only have one life to live so live it to the fullest and do the things that truly makes you happy!

On “Women Supporting Women“…
It is super important. Women should not feel that they have to compete with another woman. A candle doesn’t lose its flame by helping to light another candle, it only continues to shine. So this is the same for women. If you have the fire, energy and passion for your craft, you will succeed no matter what. You shouldn’t feel that you can’t help another. Women supporting other women is key for our society and I am a big advocate of helping and supporting other women where I can.
