Who is Beverly Beal?
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
What was your most embarrassing moment?
OMG! So many come to mind. lol. I can be very clumsy so, nine times out of ten I’d say my most embarrassing moment is probably tripping down stairs or walking into something. It never fails!
I was way to young to remember. I honestly want to say I was probably a toddler when i fell in love with fashion. lol. I actually remember picking out my clothes as a child and never wanting to go outside because I didn’t want them to get dirty.
What is your greatest fear?
Disappointing my family and friends, all of them have been an amazing support system and just the thought of letting them down scares me to death. Yes, I accomplish goals and live my life for myself, but they are a huge factor in any decision making in my life.
What inspires you?
Passion. Seeing anyone do what they absolutely love, no matter what it is. Seeing them go for it, seeing the process, and soaking in the creativity of others. So many things and people inspire me on a daily. That is why I feel like the company you keep is so important they really do have an influence on you and your aspirations.
What advice can you offer to women who want a career in your industry?
Be yourself. I know plenty of people say there are far too many bloggers already but I think we are all unique. No matter how similar our posts are, if we dress exactly the same, or even have the same audience. At the end of the day you are you, and other bloggers are them. No one can be a better you then you, I think that humility mixed with just enough confidence is what will set you apart.
Timing, is so crucial. When the time is right just sit back and be amazed at everything that has come your way and that is coming. I have learned to be patient over the years, nothing happens quickly and if you want it bad enough you’ll wait for as long as you need to.
What is your favorite smell?
So funny you ask I’ve only worn one perfume my entire life. Its called My insolence by Guerlain, its discontinued now but I still search high and low for it on the internet from time to time.
What is your favourite Quote?
No favorite quote for me.
What would you like to be remembered for?
My humility and strength. I have come so far and overcame so many obstacles, yet everyday as I learn different life lessons I constantly remind myself to be humble. And of course I want people to remember I am a go-getter, I would like to be remembered as a strong woman but still graceful.
