We in our usual fashion, caught up with her for a fun yet insightful Q & A Session! Read, Enjoy and Connect with Her!
Who is Nina Elaine (Background, career etc.)? Nina Elaine is a digital strategist and lifestyle influencer. I received my bachelor’s degree in Economics and went on to work in corporate data analytics. Since I was young, I’ve always had a passion for beauty and fashion. However, my true purpose is to help educate women and help them not only find their voice, but use it in a beneficial way.
What is your star sign? I am a Cancer sun, Virgo rising, and Leo moon (can you tell i’m into astrology? lol)
What are three words that best describe you? Ambitious, Intentional, Self-aware.
What experience triggered your decision to stan for Self love and empower women? Finally finding the strength to leave an abusive relationship years ago is what really triggered my decision to stop trying to please others and fully embrace and love who I am. When you’re in a situation like that, it’s easy to lose yourself. It took a lot of self discovery and healing to get to the point that i’m at now. I know there are so many women that are currently in toxic relationships and I want to encourage them to find the strength to do what’s best for them. When you start truly loving yourself, your whole life changes.
Can you tell us a little bit about being a digital strategist and how you have been able to impact lives/businesses through your job? We live in the age of data, and it’s never been easier to reach new customers around the world. I help entrepreneurs, bloggers, and influencers solidify their brand and monetize their skill set online. I also help side hustlers land better jobs, and digital hustlers gain and retain repeat clients. I love what I do!
If you could go back in time, what is one piece of advice would you offer a younger Nina? I would tell my younger self that her intuition is always right and she should start that business NOW, not later.
What / Who inspires you and why? There are way too many to name! Confident women inspire me. People that are fulfilling their purpose inspire me. Anyone that is striving to be their best, most authentic self every single day inspires me.
What are the top 3 impactful things you have done/achieved in the past one year? 1. I’ve started hardcore zero-dollar budgeting (saved my life) 2. I started my business 3. I’ve helped clients gain confidence, customers, and coins!
What is the most important lesson life has taught you so far? You’ll never receive anything you want if you’re not prepared…and it’s not what you know, it’s who you know.
When you are not working, what are you doing? When i’m not working i’m working out, cooking, reading, filming content, or spending time with my boyfriend. I’m usually thinking about work while doing all of this lol.
What is your take on “women supporting women”? It’s necessary. Society tells us to compete with each other, but not in a healthy way. I think that women supporting women directly challenges the (backwards) social norms that we were taught and unifies us. We’re so much more powerful together!
What is one bad habit you are committed to changing? Overworking myself is a bad habit for me. I tend to pile a lot on my plate all at once, so I’m learning to take on what I can handle and add as I go. Rest is just as important as work, if you’re not well rested, you can’t produce quality work.
If you could recommend one woman for us to interview next, who would it be and why? Shelah Marie would be a great person to interview next. Her Curvy, Curly, Conscious movement is so necessary for us as black women. You can contact her on Instagram @TheShelahMarie
What would you like to be remembered for? I want to be remembered for using fear as fuel. I want to be remembered for showing others that it IS possible.
What is your definition of greatness? Greatness is within each and every one of us. It’s who you were meant to be. It’s living authentically and not letting anyone dim your light.

I’m definitely inspired! Greatness is within each one of us; it only requires us to know that , rise up and work towards that. Confident women like Nina definitely inspire me too; I just love how she works to empower other women.
I’m motivated just by reading this interview. Greatness is who I was meant to be; very profound statement/definition. Totally agree with women supporting other women; unity is everything… Thanks for empowering women…
