Tell us about your professional background and the origin of your powerful brand identity, “Lord T of Impact.”
My journey began in law, but my true passion lay in building systems, industries, and people. Founding Girl Hub Africa, Nigeria’s largest all-female volunteering network, allowed me to pioneer service-driven leadership on an unprecedented scale. I’ve since channeled my expertise into transforming industries, from volunteer management to executive services, by creating innovative structures and equipping professionals to excel. “Lord T of Impact” is more than a title; it reflects my mission to turn potential into influence and excellence into a lasting legacy.

Walk us through the pivotal moment that transformed your career trajectory from law to executive service coaching and volunteerism.
The shift happened when I witnessed the transformative power of structured support for high-networth individuals and strategic coaching in the lives of young professionals, especially executive assistants. While working as a volunteer management consultant, I found myself naturally mentoring individuals, helping them navigate career decisions, and positioning them for high-impact opportunities through volunteering their services professionally. The fulfillment I derived from seeing tangible career transformations solidified my decision to pivot fully into executive service coaching.

You’ve successfully coached hundreds of executive assistants into high-impact roles. What unique methodology sets your approach apart from traditional career development strategies?
My approach integrates strategic positioning, leadership mindset cultivation, and real-time executive simulation. Unlike traditional training, which focuses solely on skills, I emphasize executive intelligence, AI business acumen, and proactive execution, ensuring my clients don’t just get jobs but become indispensable assets in the environments they work in. Additionally, my coaching blends hands-on mentorship with high-net-worth executive insights, bridging the gap between skill acquisition and professional acceleration.

How do you define “impact” in the context of professional growth?
Impact, for me, is the ability to transform potential into tangible, sustainable success. It’s not just about career advancement but about positioning oneself as a strategic force within any organization or industry.

Tell us about one challenge you successfully transformed into opportunities.
One of my biggest challenges was shifting perceptions about the executive assistant role. Many people viewed it as a passive, administrative function, but I saw the untapped power in executive support systems. Through my coaching, I redefined the role, training EAs to be strategic partners, decision-makers, and corporate influencers. Today, many of my mentees work in high-net-worth environments, commanding executive-level influence and recognition.

In an increasingly digital workplace, what emerging skills do you believe are non-negotiable for executive assistants?

• Tech-Savviness: Mastery of AI tools, automation, and digital workspaces.

• Strategic Communication: The ability to craft executive level correspondence and manage stakeholder relationships.

• Decision-Making Agility: Executives rely on EAs for strategic recommendations, not just task execution.

• Emotional Maturity not just intelligence: The digital shift demands stronger interpersonal skills to navigate corporate and personal dynamics effectively.

Beyond the professional achievements, what personal philosophy or core value drives your commitment to empowering others?
My guiding philosophy is “Service is the bridge to significance.” I believe true leadership is rooted in service. When we invest in the growth of others, we multiply our own impact. This principle has shaped my career, from launching Girl Hub Africa to transforming executive assistants into industry leaders at the School of Service.

If you could share one transformative piece of advice with your younger self, what would it be?
“Your difference is your distinction.” Embrace your unique path, trust the process, and don’t shrink to fit expectations. Every unconventional step you take will eventually align to form a powerful, purpose-driven legacy.
